How long does a ceremonial experience last?
Everyone responds differently, but a ceremonial experience can typically last around 4 – 8 hours.
We recommend giving yourself at least 8 uninterrupted hours, choosing a safe and comfortable setting, and avoiding important responsibilities until the experience has fully passed.
How should I prepare for my ceremony?
We recommend taking your chocolate on an empty stomach or more than 90 minutes after eating light food, and creating a peaceful, comfortable environment where you can remain undisturbed.
