Sometimes UPS might say your tracking # is not found if a label was been printed at the Soulcybin facility but the package had not actually been picked up yet. Hopefully by now the tracking has worked it’s way into the system and you can see updates. I noticed I would get more accurate tracking details if I tracked from the Soulcybin link, vs putting the tracking # directly into the UPS website. So far my experience with Soulcybin has been incredibly positive on every level. If you still don’t have any info about your package, please reach out to them and I’m sure they will make it right.
