I’m a mom of three with PTSD and two neurodivergent kids. I could really use all the help I can get. I practice very mindful parenting and on the days where I wake up triggered it’s all I can do to make it from morning to evening without my own meltdown. Something to help me in my mindful parenting journey would be amazing.
