Shipping Times
We work hard to ensure that donation benefits are typically shipped within 24-48 hours from the time that your payment is received, Monday through Friday.
Shipping time is generally 3-5 business days after that.

Special Policies
Ceremonial Chocolates
Due to the nature of our Ceremonial Chocolates—crafted as sacred offerings and intended for personal inner work—we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns, even if the experience doesn’t match individual expectations.
These items are unsealed and perishable, and for safety and integrity reasons, they cannot be returned.
💡 That said, in the spirit of goodwill, we may offer partial refund in the form of Points (store credit) in certain cases. If you feel your situation merits review, please reach out—we’re always open to thoughtful dialogue.
The Journey Within Box
The Journey Within Box is a lovingly curated, 90-day experience and collection of many items, with each one chosen and packed to support your journey from start to finish. Because of the complete nature of this collection, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns on it.
We want every member to feel confident in their choice. If you’re not yet sure whether this medicine is right for you, we warmly invite you to start with one of our individual offerings, and come back to The Journey Within when you feel ready.
And of course, if anything arrives incorrect, damaged or missing, please reach out to us at support@soulcybin.org and we’ll gladly make it right.

Refund Eligibility
To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following refund conditions:
1. First Donation Policy: Refunds are available if you’re dissatisfied with your first donation, excluding Ceremonial Chocolates and The Journey Within Box (see Special Policies above). Subsequent donations qualify only for errors on our part, such as incorrect or damaged shipments.
2. Trial Period: You must use your member benefits for at least two weeks to qualify for a refund.
3. Notification Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date to support@soulcybin.org.
4. Regret Before Shipment: If you decide to cancel your donation before it ships, we can issue a full refund.
5. Medication Interactions: Refunds will not be provided if you experience adverse effects due to medication interactions with psilocybin. We emphasize this important information during the checkout process, and failure to review these details prior to donation is not our responsibility.
💡 If you have concerns about compatibility with your medications, please consult your healthcare provider before donating.
Refund and Return Process
We aim to make the refund and return process as smooth as possible:
1. Legitimacy Check
All refund requests are verified to ensure proper use of this policy.
💡 We may ask for additional information (e.g., photos or a brief explanation) to understand your claim.
2. Return of Unused Items
For multi-bottle donations, we may require the return of any unused or unopened bottles before processing a refund.
3. Returns Timeline
Refunds for returns are processed only after we receive the unopened items at our facility.
Processing Time: 2–3 weeks after receiving your return.
Non-Refundable:
· Original shipping fee
· Return shipping fee
· Donation Processing fee (only for card donations)
These fees will be deducted from your refund.
4. Subscription Oversights
We understand life can get busy. However, if a member forgets to pause, cancel, or modify their subscription and chooses to return the package after it has already shipped, we are unable to offer a refund in these cases.
💡 We encourage members to manage their subscription settings proactively to avoid unintended shipments. You can do so via My Account, then Subscriptions.
What We Mean by “Error on Our Part”
An “error on our part” refers to mistakes we made while fulfilling your donation, such as:
Incorrect Items:
You received items that are different from what you requested.
We will send the correct items promptly and may ask for the incorrect ones to be returned.
Damaged Items:
The items were damaged during shipping or were defective upon arrival.
Missing Items:
Items that were donated but were not included in your shipment.
💡 For these situations, we will cover all shipping costs and refund your donation, including shipping fees.
Reshipping Policy for Stuck Packages
If your package is marked as “stuck,” “delayed,” or its status is “unknown” in the carrier’s tracking page for more than 10 business days (since the shipment date), we will reship the package at no cost to you.
