This sacred plant medicine has changed my life. At first, I thought that the incredible serenity I feel now was going to be the main benefit and it’s a great one! I now realize that this medicine guides me each day where I need to go. This has enabled me to begin the process of true emotional healing. It is teaching me to look at the light and dark side of myself. In these lessons, it has been so easy to love myself, forgive myself, and release the energy that no longer serves me.
