I have been microdosing for a little over a month now and I can tell you the positive impacts and benefits were noticeable almost immediately. As someone who has suffered from anxiety and mild depression for most of my life, the biggest game-changer has been the ability to turn off negative emotions such as sadness or anxiety or anger.
