I am 58 years old. have spent decades of my life trying to manage my mental health to the best of my ability. I deal with crippling depression and ADHD. I’ve tried Prozac for years and in the past couple of years, I was diagnosed with ADHD after 40 years of trying to mask and carry the shame that came with undiagnosed ADHD. My teenage daughter (“mouth of babes”) is the one who suggested psilocybin microdosing to me a couple of years ago and it took me that long to sit up and listen to what she was saying and am I ever glad I did. Within one week of starting on my SoulCybin microdosing journey, I felt better, healthier, more positive and brighter than I have in a very long time. Also, I feel hopeful that this feeling is sustainable. If my teenage daughter were writing this review, she would tell you that the plants were doing their magic and here’s where she would talk about the brain and neuroplasticity. ME? I’ll just tell you that I feel better. I am much more in tune with myself and my body. I feel like I am a better person. My friends and family tell me I’m happier and more hopeful. I appreciate the joys, beauty and love of life in a deeper way. I see love in places and in faces more than ever. I’m a better mom, a better friend and a better neighbor. On top of this, I am a better, more productive employee—crazy as that is! Before starting my microdosing journey, I had to take Adderall in order to stay focused at work (I work from home), especially on days where I was training. Since I started my SoulCybin microdosing journey, I have not taken one Adderall and have absolutely no desire to take that drug again. I am able to stay focused and am more productive at work. I also eat better and make more health food choices. I used to drink a glass or two of wine nightly and now? I actually had to toss out 2 bottles of opened wine because I had no desire to drink. And yes, I realize how crazy it sounds that all this happened after starting microdosing, but this is my reality. I’m still a bit stunned and can’t believe that psilocybin is still considered “alternative” medicine. I am profoundly grateful for SoulCybin for what they offer and for making microdosing so readily available. I have gone from a skeptic to a preacher of the benefits of psilocybin for mental health. SO VERY GRATEFUL!
My mind, only better.
