This was my first experience using mushrooms and I’m very satisfied. I feel like it gently lifts a dark cloud that’s been hanging over me for years. While my very first dose got me admittedly a bit high, subsequent doses did not. I would recommend planning on staying home during that first dose. The “high” was short lived (maybe 20-30 minutes at the most), then I was left with an overall sense of well-being. I highly recommend. I purchased the honey as well & that is my favorite. I just put a little blob in my tea in the morning & I’m good to go. If you struggle with depression, this just might be the answer for you. My depression is of the “mild” variety so I can only speak to that, but these microdoses have been very helpful for me.
