How many chocolates?

Sorry that we didn’t reply sooner! From now on we’re going to be more active and present in the forum 🙂

Each chocolate has 2.5 grams of dried mushrooms, and a Heroic Dose is considered to be 5 grams. Therefore, 2 chocolates would be considered a Heroic Dose.

However, we strongly encourage you and recommend you to (in case you still haven’t) first experience how it feels for you to have only 1 chocolate, specially having into account that each chocolate has a lot of other powerful ingredients (please read all about the chocolates composition on their page). Therefore, 2 chocolates might be too much.

Therefore, the best advice we can give you is to try a Heroic Dose with the chocolates only after having experienced a ceremony with only 1 chocolate. And even then, it would be ideal (in terms of safety) to consume the 1st chocolate, and only after a while eating maybe half or a quarter of the 2nd one.
