Hello! Awesome that we have this forum. Thank you!!
I’m a newbie and started at .3 capsule daily. Increased to. 6 and felt ” in the flow”, happiness, pain relief for about a week. A month later I’m not really feeling that anymore but my question is: AM I still receiving benefit even though I can’t feel any effects? My gratitude to whomever answers this.

From my experience you would benefit more if you take them for 4 days and rest for 3 days then start back. You start building a tolerance as soon as you take them so you need to try 4 days on 3 days off or try taking one every other day and see if you get the flow back. But also keep in mind most microdoses work without you “feeling it”. Sorry I know this is a lot but for me when I experienced this I would up my dosage to about 1 gram. I hope this helpedMay 12, 2023 at 10:04 am #41356SoulCybin ModeratorModerator::
Great question! As Joseph said, you want to make sure you have some breaks of microdosing to not build up a tolerance.
We recommend using one of the protocols we suggest in our Microdosing Guide (all of them include some days off) and for example, after a cycle of 4 weeks, it’s good to take 2 weeks off to reset and evaluate if you need/want to continue or if you feel complete.
I hope this helps!May 16, 2023 at 8:02 pm #42085JacieParticipant::
I’ve been microdosing for the first time for a little over a week by doing one day on and one day off. So far I’ve been taking them in the morning before 10 am as suggested. I am experimenting with the different dosages and am wondering if there is a huge difference whether they are taken in the morning or at night. I would appreciate only insight, thank you!May 22, 2023 at 10:27 am #42559SoulCybin ModeratorModerator::
When taking it in the morning, you can feel the effects of it during your day and have the possibility to be awake and aware of what you are experiencing.
When taking in the evening, for example before sleeping, some people can experience significant improvement in their sleep, but others might have quite lucid dreams or trouble sleeping.
We would recommend you try both, and see what you feel you benefit from the most!June 12, 2023 at 12:06 am #44797Marita NogueirasParticipantJune 15, 2023 at 2:06 pm #45277Jessi MooreParticipantJune 15, 2023 at 2:08 pm #45278Marita NogueirasParticipantAugust 9, 2023 at 9:39 am #50910SoulCybin ModeratorModerator::
Hello there, dear Jessi and Marita (and any other members reading)!
Sorry for taking this long to reply to your messages. It is our intention to be more Active and Present in the Forum from now on.
When Microdosing you shouldn’t feel anything in particular, except notice benefits in the long run (after some days or even weeks), but not any mental or physical effect in the moment. We strongly encourage and recommend you (and all our members) our (FREE) Microdosing Guide for more information and to make the best out of your Microdosing treatments. It’s really a valuable resource, we are confident that you’ll find it useful.
Regarding Jessi’s comment of not having felt anything with the Ceremonial Blend (+ The Amplifier), that’s something quite rare and we need more information to see why this happened. Maybe it’s because you didn’t take it on an empty stomach (for at least 3 hours, ideally 7)? Same with microdosing.
If you want, feel free to share more information regarding the setting, the context, how much you took, and other specifics, for us to be able to assist you further.
In any case, we also advise anyone that is into ceremonies (macrodosing) to read our Ceremonial Guide. Another very valuable resource that we share for free.
I hope this is helpful and clear for you and/or anyone reading.
Wishing you all a wonderful Present,
