Participant::I paid for my item but never received it. I have reached out numerous times via email to SoulCybin and have not heard back. I can’t find a phone number or address for the company so UPS cannot help me. Has anyone else had this problem? It looks like I just wasted $175! Any help appreciated. Thank you.

First of all, sorry about how long we took to reply to this post. We’re a small growing organization, and we were not able to do everything as we would’ve liked. However, we’re now getting more organized and determined to be more active and present in the forums, so thank you for your patience and understanding!
Have you got your questions answered by us, Caroline? We generally take 0-48 hs to reply to emails, sometimes more depending on the email and the volume of emails we’re dealing with, but we do reply generally to all emails within some days, unless the ones that don’t arrive properly or somehow get lost.
Please keep in mind our only email address is support@soulcybin.org. If this hasn’t been solved for you yet, PLEASE contact us to that address (check the spelling) and we WILL get back to you shortly enough.
